What’s your favourite meal? And when did you last have it?
I wouldn’t say I have a favourite meal because there are just too many to choose from! I do love Japanese and I went to Nobu a few weeks back which I really enjoyed.

If you could jump on a plane tomorrow, where would you go and why?
I don’t have to think long about that one… I would love to go to Europe, and in particular Italy and the Greek Islands.

What’s one thing that few people know about you?
I climbed over my friends balcony onto my balcony which was next door to me (46 stories high) at the Cosmopolitan in Vegas. I left my balcony door opened, the wind slammed the door shut and locked us out from the outside. My partner was stressing me out, saying it’s going to cost a fortune to fix this. So out of stress, this is how I solved the issue. FYI my partner did say he will do it but I thought if anyone is to die I would rather it be me!

What do you do in your down time?
There is no down time with kids, but if I do get a few minutes free I eat chocolate and watch TV, which can only ever happen after 7.30pm of course!

What’s a lighting project that’s near and dear to your heart?
Hmmm… I couldn’t choose just one. I do love doing residential lighting, and especially love working on premium homes.

What’s your go-to lighting product?
I can’t go past Laser Blade XS and the Trick.
